Parts Specialist

With headquarters in Jacksonville, FL, Zabatt's power generation service extends throughout the state of FL and into GA, AL, TN and NC.

We are currently seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for providing internal support for the company's parts and service department and electronic management of parts through the company's ERP system. Primary duties include but are not limited to researching parts, updating work orders and handling all aspects of processing parts/service quotes. Maintaining an up to date knowledge of generator system technology is essential. This is a full-time, in office position with a normal work schedule of 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that we are an emergency service provider, and this position may require occassional after hours/weekend availability.

Qualifications

- Minimum one year of relevant experience in parts or similar role

- Strong computer skills

- Prior experience with Odoo is a plus

- Able to multi-task with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Successful completion of drug screening and background check
