Parts Specialist

Your role The Parts Specialist supports the Parts Manager by handling daily parts logistics, assisting with pricing and sales, and coordinating inventory based on service needs. This role ensures parts are available when needed without overstocking the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Shipping

Receive and ship parts orders accurately and on time

Maintain inventory levels and update parts spreadsheets

Keep inventory room clean and organized

Monitor service van inventory and adjust as needed

Sales & Pricing Support

Assist Aftermarket team with pricing support for quotes

Handle part-only sales, including estimates and invoicing

Track warranty claims and vendor communications

Parts Coordination

Coordinate parts ordering based on service availability to ensure timely arrival without overstocking warehouse space

Use manufacturer parts systems to identify and manage parts

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

5+ years experience in parts and inventory

Strong customer service and communication skills

Detail-oriented with solid time management

Experience with manufacturer parts systems preferred

Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus

Forklift certified

Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work on feet throughout the day

This role requires:

- A customer-focused approach to revamp existing client relationships and grow our service business.

- Strong research of parts and job requirement to get accurate invoicing to the customer.

Pay range for this position: $23-32 per hour (40 hours per week – In office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
