Job Summary:
Parts Counter Customer Service Specialist will assist both customers and Abele Tractors team of technicians, with their machine part needs, supporting in-person sales, phone sales, internet sales, and internal sales.
Duties:
•7am- 5pm Mon - Friday work week
•The parts representative will have a hand in all aspects of the parts department including marketing and selling parts to successfully achieve financial targets
•The position requires a friendly disposition with the ability to interact with a broad base of customers both in person and on the phone
•Take ownership of merchandising, stock orders, inventory and maintaining the show-room area and back stock
•Helping customers identify part needs, while maintaining and developing product knowledge
•Resolve customer issues with quick and satisfactory solutions
•Using computer system to identify part and placing parts orders
•Pulling stocked part, being able to identify warehouse location of parts quickly and efficiently
Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or Equivalent
•Diesel Agriculture/Construction equipment mechanical knowledge preferred
•Excellent customer service skills
•Experience working in a parts department
•Strong Computer and Technology Skills
•Strong Communication Skills “in Person” and “over the Phone”
•Attention to Detail with Strong Organizational Skills
•Professional appearance and work ethic
•Ability to operate a forklift (will train)
