This is a part-time, onsite role at our Waunakee, WI office. The Design Services Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities and tasks such as data entry and preparing mailings.
- Enter data into customer portals from Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare, print, and stuff customer mailers and job packets.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience working in the utilities construction industry or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to operate various types of office equipment.
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Office temperatures vary.
