- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Accurately code and issue work orders to field personnel
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a front desk role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
- Knowledge of natural gas industry/hvac industry would be helpful
