We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Paralegal/Project Manager to join our team and help keep administrative and other projects on track.
Position Overview:
You’ll work directly with the CEO and CLO to support active projects, contracts, compliance, and documentation across multiple platforms. You will act as a critical link between legal operations and field execution—ensuring that timelines, filings, and documentation align with our project delivery goals.
This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates problems before they arise, and takes ownership from day one.
- Track and manage legal and compliance requirements for multiple ongoing utility projects
- Prepare and review contracts, subcontractor agreements, orders, and insurance documents
- Coordinate permit filings, lien waivers, and regulatory submissions with project teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all active matters
- Assist in due diligence, licensing, and onboarding of new vendors and, owner-operators, and subcontractors
- Identify legal risks and flag issues for resolution
- Support with research, reporting, and special projects- 3+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in construction, infrastructure, or energy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Up to date technology-based skill set, including ChatGPT and MS applications
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities across various stakeholders
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Excellent communication and document drafting skills
- Experience with project tracking tools or legal operations software a plus
- Excel skills are a plus!
