Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Clean and prep surfaces using processes such as sanding, scraping and grinding.
•Use of spray equipment to apply required material.
•Experience with electrostatics.
•Application of a protective coating to a variety of metal material surfaces.
•Monitor extractors, drying fans and heaters.
•Board and mask material.
•Ensure all paint related waste is properly labelled, stored and disposed of.
•Maintain paint booth and associated equipment to ensure proper working conditions.
•Ensure job meets all requirements before leaving the work cell.
•Meet or exceed established production levels.
· Follows and comply with all Operational Procedures and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, Quality and Environment programs (i.e. IATF, ISO 14001)
•Any other duties as may be assigned.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Prior experience in spray painting in an industrial paint booth environment.
· Must have paint and electrostatic experience.
· Must have the ability to use small hand and power tools.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
· Experience with overhead cranes.
· Must be able to lift 50lbs.
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
