We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of industrial painting processes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of materials. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of our production operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.

•

Apply paint using spray guns, brushes, or rollers to achieve desired finishes.

•

Ensure proper mixing of paint and adherence to safety standards during application.

•

Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed.

•

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

•

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing basic repairs when necessary.

•

Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working in the warehouse or industrial environment.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in industrial painting or related fields such as construction painting or auto painting.

•

Familiarity with materials handling and basic math skills for mixing paints accurately.

•

Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs on equipment used in the painting process.

•

Experience with machining, welding, or fabrication is a plus.

•

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•

Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
