Position Summary:

•

Masks, scuff and cleans product in preparation for paint.

•

Apply precision spray coatings: washprimer and primer on product consistent with In-house specifications.

•

Able to mix paint, perform maintenance and clean equipment.

Essential Functions

•

Ability to read and understand blue prints and work orders.

•

Preping, masking and cleaning of product pre paint.

•

Proficient with tools such as spray guns, thickness gauge, gloss meter, paint shaker, mixer, DA, sander, etc.

•

Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management.

•

Supporting production schedule by safely performing work efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

•

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

•

3 - 5 years of experience required.

•

Automotive background or experience directly related to MIL-SPEC/Aerospace industry requirements a plus.

•

Must be U.S. person, eligible to work with export controlled documents.

•

Use of required safety equipment and understanding of exposure to solvents, paints, and related chemicals, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
