Position Summary

The Packaging Associate plays a vital role in ensuring products are prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment. This position is responsible for assembling packaging materials, labeling products, inspecting quality, and maintaining detailed records to support smooth warehouse and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble boxes, containers, and other packaging materials according to specifications.

- Apply labels with product information, shipping details, and other required markings.

- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy.

- Record information about products, packaging, and orders in tracking systems.

- Operate hand tools, conveyors, and other equipment to move products and materials safely.

- Secure containers using glues, fasteners, tape, or other approved sealing methods.

Skills and Qualifications

- Attention to Detail: Ensure precise labeling and maintain high-quality standards.

- Physical Stamina: Perform repetitive tasks and lift or move packaged materials as needed.

- Organizational Skills: Efficiently sort, stage, and prepare products for shipment.

- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with warehouse and production staff to meet deadlines.

- Basic Math Skills: Accurately measure, weigh, and count products and materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
