We are seeking a skilled Owner Relations Analyst to serve as a key liaison between our clients and their ownership stakeholders. This role is ideal for an independent contractor with experience in owner relations, providing professional and timely responses to inquiries while managing ownership records and documentation. You will operate autonomously, with the freedom to structure your work around the needs of each project.
- Respond to inquiries from owners via phone and email, offering clear and professional communication.
- Investigate and resolve ownership issues, ensuring the accuracy of ownership records, payments, and documentation.
- Manage and update both digital and physical ownership files for seamless tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to support owner needs and inquiries.
- Generate requests and reports to assist clients with ownership-related tasks and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Prior experience in the oil and gas industry, specifically within owner relations, is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet project deliverables without day-to-day oversight.
- The volume of work requires about 40 hours per week, depending on client needs.

This position is for an independent contractor, not an employee of Energy Point Consulting LLC. As a contractor, you are responsible for managing how, when, and where you complete the work.
