The goal of the Director, Sales Operations is to maximize revenue growth through the development, implementation and on-going maintenance of sales strategies, programs, and initiatives. This role will work across geographies and closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders as a key advisor in the design, implementation, and optimization of the go-to-market strategy.
As a key driver of our global revenue strategy, the Director of Sales Operations will lead transformative initiatives that empower our sales teams, optimize performance, and shape the future of our go-to-market approach
: Leads sales operations strategy and Management of Change (MoC) initiatives, including integration across business units' post-acquisition, and the design and implementation of best-in-class sales processes, training, and discipline to ensure alignment and consistency
Navigates seamlessly between hands-on execution (e.g., process design, metrics) and strategic collaboration with senior leadership. Builds, leads, and measures the performance of a high-impact Sales Operations team aligned with business goals; works closely with the senior leadership team to ensure sales strategies are fully aligned with overarching business goals, providing strategic guidance and operational support across departments
Oversee end-to-end sales data governance and compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Defines and implements tools and CRM technologies to boost productivity, ensuring adoption, data quality, and alignment with sales standards.
Partners with Sales Leadership and People & Culture to lead sales planning efforts, including quotas, budgets, headcount, expense forecasting, customer targeting, and workforce/resource optimization to maximize efficiency and performance
