Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Owner Relations Analyst

to support one of our operator clients in their

. This contract role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a background in ownership records and stakeholder communication.

On-Site Requirement:

Due to the nature of the project — including the handling of physical mail and confidential documents —

.While the work must be performed on-site, the contractor retains discretion over how they meet project deliverables within the office-based requirements.

This is a

role structured around the completion of ongoing client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for owner inquiries, responding via phone and email with professionalism and clarity

- Research and resolve ownership-related issues, including documentation, payments, and contact updates

- Maintain and update both digital and physical records in accordance with client processes

- Coordinate with client staff and other project stakeholders to support timely and accurate owner communications

- Generate letters, reports, and requests to facilitate ownership changes, payments, and the resolution of account discrepancies

Qualifications

- Prior experience in

Owner Relations

within the oil and gas industry is strongly preferred

- Familiarity with ownership records, payments, and correspondence workflows

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Self-motivated and able to manage work independently with minimal oversight
