Owner Relations Analyst (Contract – On-site in North OKC)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Owner Relations Analyst
to support one of our operator clients in their
North Oklahoma City office. This contract role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a background in ownership records and stakeholder communication.
On-Site Requirement:
Due to the nature of the project — including the handling of physical mail and confidential documents —
this role requires a consistent on-site presence at the client’s office during standard business hours (Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).While the work must be performed on-site, the contractor retains discretion over how they meet project deliverables within the office-based requirements.
This is a
1099 independent contractorrole structured around the completion of ongoing client deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owner inquiries, responding via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
- Research and resolve ownership-related issues, including documentation, payments, and contact updates
- Maintain and update both digital and physical records in accordance with client processes
- Coordinate with client staff and other project stakeholders to support timely and accurate owner communications
- Generate letters, reports, and requests to facilitate ownership changes, payments, and the resolution of account discrepancies
- Prior experience in
Owner Relations
within the oil and gas industry is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ownership records, payments, and correspondence workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage work independently with minimal oversight

1099 independent contractorposition and not an employment relationship with Energy Point Consulting LLC. While this role must be performed on-site at the client’s office due to the nature of the work, contractors retain control over the methods and means of completing their tasks, provided client deliverables are met. Energy Point Consulting does not direct daily work activities or set employee-style policies. No employment benefits (e.g., health insurance, paid time off, or retirement plans) are offered for this contract role.
