Automated Cleaning Machine Operator and Light Scope Nozzle Repair Technician within Remanufacturing Dept. responsible for the safe operation and light maintenance of the Automated Cleaning Machine (ACM), as well as performing light scope nozzle repair activities, including cleaning, heat tint removal, and airflow inspections. This position reports to the Department 341 Supervisor
- Safely load parts into machine carrier baskets and select the correct cleaning program per routing instructions.
- Unloading cleaned parts and transport to next operation.
- Process turbine nozzle segments including cleaning, heat tint, visual checks, and airflow test.
- Complete daily equipment checks and activities to ensure safe and efficient machine operation
- Assist maintenance with periodic scheduled maintenance
- Timely reporting of equipment issues to the appropriate owner (Maintenance or Engineering)
- Coordinate resolution of programming issues or program changes with the process engineer
- Inspect and maintain airflow fixtures in good working order, and request repairs when needed.

- Basic understanding and comfort level with common applications such as Microsoft Office, internal company web pages, and business applications.
- Reports problems that arise and collaborate with IT to resolve them.
- Documents data from various sources and in various formats.
