This role is critical to the Maintenance team, performing routine maintenance functions and mechanical and systematic troubleshooting. They help oversee the upkeep of the facilities and equipment that support production.

- Performing assigned tasks that include but not limited to; plumbing, mechanical repairs and assisting in installations, and general repairs including troubleshooting.
- Providing planned, scheduled, unscheduled, preventative, and reactive repairs as required to maximize up time and reliability of production equipment.
- Operating various company vehicles, including forklifts, man lifts, overhead cranes, etc., and obtain proper training.
- Conducting other projects, duties, and assignments as needed and assigned by the Maintenance Manager or management.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial manufacturing production and material-handling equipment.
- Possesses a strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Has basic reading skills and must be able to follow directions.
- Has a High School diploma or GED required; Associate Technical Degree preferred.
- Can display the ability to read and understand technical documents.
- Is OSHA 10 Hours Certified.
- Has excellent problem-solving skills, understanding of industrial EHS requirements/policies, corrective action efforts/systems improvements, equipment installations, participate in risk/hazard abatement.
- Can recognize and mitigate potential safety hazards.
- Is preferably certified within a specific technical or vocational training.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening, medical physical and, if applicable, visual testing.
- Ability to regularly move 30-50lbs.
- Ability to regularly perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately.
