Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for an immediate opening at Innovo Living, conveniently located in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of our community and ensuring compliance with company standards for safety, appearance, and efficient operations while working within budgetary guidelines. This position requires a team-oriented, goal-driven individual.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform general maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool upkeep, flooring, carpentry, drywall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.

· Promptly address and resolve resident service requests and concerns to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

· Valid driver's license

· EPA/HVAC certification is REQUIRED

· 2 years of experience in a residential, multi-family community (commercial real estate accepted only if candidate has experience with multi-family apartments)

· Successfully pass our background check and drug screen

Work Hours:

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. 40 hours per week with "On Call after hours Emergency" rotation every other week to include after hours and weekends.'
