- Prospect, develop, and secure new business clients
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers and OEMs
- Spend 25–50% of your time traveling to meet customers and prospects, with the rest split between remote work and on-site office time
- Represent a company built on integrity, quality, and long-term customer value
- Contribute to marketing efforts (ads, brochures, and other materials) to help shape the company’s image and message — a small part of the job, but a big opportunity to influence how we’re seen by customers
- B2B sales experience (manufacturing or stamping/machining knowledge a plus, not required)
- A motivated hunter who thrives on creating opportunities and driving results
- Strong communication skills and independence to succeed without micromanagement
- Interest in having a voice in marketing and company image- $75,000–$120,000+ annually (base + performance incentives)
- Flexibility to balance travel, remote work, and office time
