Great River Energy is looking for an Office Services Coordinator to provide administrative support, reception, mail services, and project coordination that help our teams do their best work. Summary: Provides high quality administrative support, customer service, reception, mail service, data entry and project support to business operations and at times, across Great River Energy to ensure effective and efficient processes are maintained and coordinated. This may include receiving work direction from multiple individuals based upon the responsibilities assigned. Total Rewards: A typical starting range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00 hourly. Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Manage office resources by ordering supplies, coordinating vendor services, and maintaining stock in copy centers. · Support projects and leaders by preparing reports, proofreading documents, compose and distributing meeting minutes. · Track company store inventory, sales, and budgets while researching and ordering new products. · Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries and contribute to a culture of collaboration across GRE. · Manage mail and package distribution, make daily deposits, and provide guidance on efficient shipping and mailing for employees. · Serve as the friendly first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, assisting employees and members, processing company store transactions, and supporting front desk and security staff as needed. Qualifications: · Knowledge typically acquired through high school with 2 years of post-secondary education preferred AND 4 years’ administrative or office experience required. - Knowledge of standard office procedures and administrative functions. - Skill to utilize proper business English, grammar and punctuation and consistently apply accepted Great River Energy document formats and standards. - Skill in the use of the Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Ability to learn and use SharePoint and other computer applications as required. - Demonstration of a customer service focused approach needed. - Skill to prioritize multiple projects by utilizing strong organizational and time management skills to complete work in an efficient manner. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to build and maintain effective work relationships and establish credibility with business partners. - Ability to appropriately maintain confidential information. - Ability to work in a well-organized, self-directed manner and willingness to assist others when needed. - Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances; must be able to thrive in a constantly changing business environment. - Valid driver's license required.
