Outdoor Custodial Worker

Now Hiring: Full-Time Outdoor Maintenance & Landscaping Team Member Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour

We are looking for dedicated full-time individuals to join our team for outdoor landscaping, cleaning, and general maintenance work. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional in appearance, and flexible with scheduling—including availability on weekdays and weekends as needed.

Requirements:

- Must present a clean and professional appearance

- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends

- Must be proficient in English (spoken and written) for reporting and communication

Job Overview:

This role involves patrolling a designated area using a cart, tools, and a vehicle to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming public space. You’ll play a key part in keeping our community areas well-maintained and engaging positively with the public.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patrol assigned zones regularly to clean sidewalks, alleys, gutters, and other public areas

- Remove litter, cigarette butts, graffiti, and unauthorized posters

- Report suspicious activity to law enforcement with accurate details when necessary

- Engage with pedestrians in a friendly, helpful manner—providing directions or general information

- Report infrastructure damage, graffiti on private property, and other maintenance concerns

- Complete a simple daily report of tasks and observations

- Maintain a professional demeanor and comply with company policies and applicable laws

- Work primarily on foot for most of your 8-hour shift, with scheduled breaks

- Perform duties in various weather conditions (protective gear provided)
