About this Role:

Outage Coordinator

If you enjoy working with a great group of professionals, are accurate, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy using your analytic and organizational skills, then we have a role for you! Potelco, Inc. seeks an Outage Coordinator to join the team in Sumner, WA.

This role coordinates 24/7 Potelco emergency response crew requests. Provides incident-specific support, coordination, prioritization, tracking, and invoicing for emergency response work received from customers to Potelco Operations. It is a part-time role with a variable schedule.

Schedule consists of 7 days on; 7 days off.

This individual must be able to work both swing and graveyard shifts as well as holidays.

Swing: Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm. Saturday & Sun, 7 am - 7 pm.

Graveyard: Monday - Friday, 11 pm - 7 am. Saturday & Sun, 7 pm - 7 am.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

- Initiate and coordinate emergency crew requests with Operations crews.

- Coordinates 24/7 Potelco emergency response crew requests.

- Provides incident specific support, coordination, prioritization, tracking and invoicing for emergency response work received from customers to Potelco Operations.

- Work in a collaborative space in order to quickly and effectively solve issues.

What You'll Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to think analytically and problem solve independently.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, and various tracking software (training provided).

- Ability to work Storms, weekends, holidays and on-call as needed (this is a 24/7 department)

- Ability to multi task, and communicate effectively.

- Ability to prioritize based on size and scope of jobs.

- Ability to function as a team player within a great team

- Must have reliable transportation

Compensation Range: The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $28.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications. Equal Opportunity Employer:
