The

OTC (Order to Cash) Analyst

is responsible for managed service provider oversight, as well as support related to Marketing rack & suspense items (invoice resolution, billing errors, manual billing, etc.), Commercial billing (invoice resolution, backup documentation, error reports), terminal clearance activities, and JV / Ad hoc manual invoicing (CP Chem, JV & refinery invoicing, rail detention). Other responsibilities include project support and/or improvement initiatives.
