Operator Trainee: The Operator Trainee performs any combination of tasks in an industrial fertilizer manufacturing or phosphate mining facility which may include cleaning, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, or shoveling to accomplish tasks. The tasks listed below may vary depending on the facility.
