Description:

The starting wage is $20.32 per hour with wage increases every 6 months!

The Operator position is a 12 hour rotating shift, with a schedule of work 3, off 2, work 2 and off 3. Hours are either 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am. This is a physically demanding position that requires standing, walking, and lifting. You must also be able to handle extreme heat and cold as well as dust and dirt.

POSITION SUMMARY: An Operator is a general laborer that assists with all operations associated with production for Metal Source.
