Supervise the support functions interlinked with operational delivery in the area of responsibility. To ensure stock management is in line with company expectations and logistical support complies with company requirements.
1. Establish and monitor performance measures as part of the project delivery process to ensure good performance is maintained and areas of improvement are acted upon.
2. Ensure cost management is in line with set budget and additional targets provided from the Group/Region/Product Line.
3. Maintain an active participation in improving the quality and HSE management system and bring to the attention of management any HSEQ issues that require attention.
4. Deliver the support services to meet both internal and external client expectations.
5. Participate in end of project meetings; take feedback from the onshore departments to incorporate comments and lessons learnt for continued improvement.
6. Monitor CAPEX project spend and assist in CAPEX orders through the AFE process.
7. Chair and participate in meetings and resource planning sessions to get a full overview of the existing and planned projects with the understanding of “pinch points” in the asset pool.
8. Identify and exploit any opportunity for business improvements.
9. Liaise with operational managers with regard to activity levels and demands for operational equipment to ensure allocated resources can be in place.
10. Perform audits on Expro internal processes and third-party suppliers in line with set Excellence In Operations targets.
11. Ensure effective use of equipment tracking systems within Operations Support.
12. Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimized. Provide leadership in all ethical
issues: ensure employees are aware of Expro’s compliance requirements and feel able to report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
