Our team seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Operations Supervisorto lead our Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations Team. OWASA is a leader in the utility industry; the Wastewater Treatment Plant is a Grade IV facility with a reclaim water distribution system.

Key Responsibilities include:* Leading the wastewater treatment plant operations staff to fulfill the mission and goals of OWASA while ensuring employee safety and providing high-quality effluent discharge.

Typical Qualifications

Successful candidates should have:* At least four years’ experience in wastewater treatment (or similar environment) with at one year in supervisory role; high school diploma or GED plus specialized training equal to two years of college/associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
