Operations Support Associate

DeGeest Corporation is seeking an Operations Support Associate to join our Operations Support Team. In this role, you’ll help manage customer purchase orders, create and process work orders, track inventory, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and at the right price. You’ll play a key role in supporting production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue flow.

What You’ll Do:

- Enter and manage customer orders in our ERP system

- Generate work orders, job travelers, and part labels

- Support inventory accuracy and cycle counts

- Communicate with customers on order status, pricing, and delivery

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

- Assist with returns, nonconformance reports (NCRs), and logistics

What We’re Looking For:

- Entry-level candidates welcome; 1–2 years in operations, ERP systems, or manufacturing preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Eagerness to learn new systems and processes

- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field preferred (not required)

Note: The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is eligible for a bonus.
