Job Summary

Performs work order management lead duties for work order creation, completion and records functional areas, in the ESD module of SAP to ensure the accuracy of records used to construct, maintain and operate the company’s gas delivery system. Analyzes and corrects exceptions produced in the ESD module of SAP. Supports TFO Supervisors with the daily work management activities.

Essential Functions

- Communicates and verifies compliance with process changes.

- Coordinates with Supervisors and QA's to assist with various leadership and administrative duties, may assist with training activity.

- Serves on special projects and teams.

- Creating work orders

- Investigating P.O.’s (Purchase Orders)

- Assist with pulling Leak Survey data reports

Education

Requires a high school education or the equivalent knowledge of English, basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and calculation of fractions and/or percentages), grammar, spelling and punctuation.
