Operations Support Specialist

Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

to join our dynamic team at ENTRUST Solutions Group. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our offices and supporting various departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, manage complex tasks and projects, and serve as a key resource for organizational policies and procedures. From coordinating office logistics and managing social events to supporting new employee onboarding and liaising with departments such as Accounting, Training, Business Development, and Marketing, this role offers a diverse and impactful scope of responsibilities. The Operations Support Specialist will also handle mail and package logistics, maintain databases and files, generate reports using Vantagepoint, and assist with departmental meetings and expense tracking. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, is essential, with experience in Visio, Project, and SharePoint considered a plus. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit while responding effectively to inquiries and supporting cross-functional teams.

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Between 2-5 years of experience in an administrative/professional support function and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable
