- Learn and become familiar with all operational processes of the company.
- Provide support to any department as needed, adapting to different functions.
- Assist in areas such as permits, interconnections, customer service, inspections, HOA, and welcome calls.
- Coordinate services and appointments for customers.
- Support communication between different departments.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) – mandatory requirement.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency with office tools.
