Position Overview
We’re hiring an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across three core departments: Transaction Management, Construction Management, and Property Management. You’ll lead department heads, drive results, and make sure deals move efficiently from contract to close, whether we’re reselling a home or adding it to our rental portfolio.
This is a leadership role focused on people, process, and accountability. You’ll run weekly team meetings, track key metrics, troubleshoot delays, and work with our team to hit company goals. Your job is to keep the train moving and ensure everyone knows where they’re going and how to get there.
This is a full-time, salaried position with performance-based incentives, offering long-term stability and opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do
•Lead daily operations across the Transaction, Construction, and Property Management departments
•Run weekly meetings with department leads to track progress and troubleshoot issues
•Manage internal systems to ensure every deal moves efficiently from contract to close
•Oversee light renovation projects and property turns alongside the Project Manager
•Support onboarding and preparation of newly acquired rental properties
•Coordinate across departments to prevent bottlenecks and missed deadlines
•Track performance metrics and lead course corrections when needed
•Coach and develop team leads, helping them grow into strong operators
What We’re Looking For
•Proven experience managing people and projects — ideally in real estate, construction, or property management
•A natural leader who’s organized, proactive, and focused on results
•Strong communication and follow-through
•Able to make sound decisions and lead through uncertainty
•Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and solving problems on the fly
•A steady presence who can hold others accountable with empathy and clarity
•Familiarity with real estate operations is a plus, but not required
Compensation
•Base salary + performance-based incentives
•Estimated annual earnings: $90,000–$100,000 (based on performance)
