We’re seeking an Operations Leader to join our growing team and take ownership of technician coordination, training oversight, and operational excellence. If you’re passionate about clean energy and have the organizational skills to manage field operations effectively, this role is for you.
○ Hire, onboard, and schedule technicians to meet service demands.
○ Ensure all technicians complete our training modules and are properly certified for EV charger maintenance.
○ Use our custom software stack and other tools to schedule and monitor technician visits.
○ Ensure technicians are punctual and prepared for on-site work.
○ Troubleshoot field issues with technicians and provide timely solutions.
○ Communicate technician arrival times with site hosts. ○ Ensure a seamless coordination process between hosts, technicians, and internal teams.
○ Become an expert in Ohm’s platform and internal processes.
○ Develop and improve standard operating procedures for onboarding, training, and scheduling.
○ Proactively identify and address gaps in training or process adherence.
○ Proven track record in operations, logistics, or field management roles.
○ Experience hiring, training, and coordinating technicians or contractors is highly preferred.
○ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
○ Proficiency with scheduling and workforce management tools (e.g., Connecteam).
○ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support field technicians.
○ Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure or willingness to learn about ChargePoint and EVSE company systems.
○ Understanding of technician training and compliance processes.
○ Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with occasional travel.
