Operations Manager – PK Safety

Location: Houston Texas area (Deer Park Office)

Schedule: M-F, 8 am – 5 pm

Travel: 25% Gulf Coast Area

Pay Range: $125,000 - $140,000 per year base salary; annual bonus & growth mindset bonus opportunities

At PK Safety, we are dedicated to protecting people and ensuring safe, efficient operations across the industrial sector. As our Gulf Coast operations experiences record growth in 2025 and into 2026, we are looking for a key operational leader to oversee day-to-day operations and help grow the business from Corpus to Mobile. We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for the Houston-area to lead all field operations and administrative support staff. This role will be key in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and long-term growth. This will report directly to the President of PK Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage field teams providing standby rescue, safety attendants, safety professionals, rental equipment, confined space monitoring, and other safety services.

- Coordinate scheduling, mobilization, and logistics for multiple job sites.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements – including site specific safety requirements and MSA policies.

- Supervise field supervision and administrative support staff.

- Track and manage labor, equipment, and material usage to maintain operational efficiency.

- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients, addressing issues and ensuring high service standards.

- Collaborate with HSE, HR, and Sales departments to support compliance and business growth.

- Monitor project KPIs, prepare reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Oversee training, onboarding, and performance evaluations for operations personnel.

- Manage project invoicing and ensure timely billing with the accounting department.

- Conduct routine job site visits to support operations and client relationships.

- Travel along the Gulf Coast (10–25%).

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in industrial or safety services.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and client service abilities.

- Solid understanding of operational efficiency, budgeting, and reporting.

- Ability to travel as required on the Gulf Coast.
