· Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet customer requirements.
· Ensure optimal utilization of equipment, materials, and labor resources.
· Resolve production delays and bottlenecks while maintaining on-time delivery.
· Ensure compliance with applicable standards through collaboration with quality teams.
· Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
· Implement process controls and performance metrics to monitor adherence to specifications.
· Partner with quality and implement and ensure compliance with sustainable corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
· Oversee operational systems and ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer-specific requirements.
· Implement and monitor process controls to maintain performance standards and meet production or service specifications.
· Lead cross-functional teams in identifying operational inefficiencies, conducting root-cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to improve overall workflow and output quality.
· Monitor and manage departmental budgets, costs, and productivity metrics.
· Drive efficiency initiatives to improve margins and reduce waste.
· Support company profitability goals through disciplined operational controls.

- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 5+ years of operations or production management experience in manufacturing, preferably precision machining or related industries.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and certifications.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
