Job Description:

Hampel Oil Distributors, Inc. is a family-owned and operated wholesale distributor of finished petroleum products that was started in 1976 by Al Hampel. - Starting pay range: $100K - $110K a year.

- Work a typical schedule of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. Some weekend availability is required.

What Will You Do:

- Assist with day-to-day operations at the branch and help to achieve sales, customer service, and profitability goals and objectives while improving productivity and efficiency

- Build strong relationships with associates, customers, and vendors

- Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect, a positive regard for company growth, training, development, and retention of employees.

- This Position will supervise drivers and dispatchers

- Support and demonstrate company culture and values with coworkers and customers

- Always put safety first

Job Requirements:

- 2 years supervisory experience required with strong leadership and decision-making skills, including proven expertise in successfully coaching and mentoring employees.

- 5 years supervisory experience preferred

- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated project management skills that deliver our intended scope on time and within budget

- Proficient in the use of computers and software (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)

What Will Make You Stand Out:

- CDL A License with tanker & hazmat endorsements

- 2 years of management experience in the fuel and lubricant industry

- Knowledge of Hampel Oil’s business and customer base
