Operations Coordinator - Thru Tubing

We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Midland, TX location. This role will support our Thru Tubing product line.

PURPOSE:

Oversees the day to day management and coordination of operations in the assigned facility and / or product line as well as the effective supervision of employees assigned to the facility including workforce planning, coordination, and optimization of labor shifts, job planning and logistics, inventory and asset management and maintenance, onsite management of QMS processes and procedures. Manages external relations with customers and vendors. Optimizes labor and assets according to the strategic plans and goals for the business. Ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal regulations.
