Job Description Position Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare and process daily customer invoices
- Manage customer service calls, emails, and voicemails, including timely follow-up
- Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide backup support for the main phone line
- Dispatch loads to customers while balancing multiple priorities
- Multi-task effectively with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure accuracy and quality while meeting both customer and driver needs
- Maintain professionalism, fairness, and respect in all workplace interactions
- Demonstrate reliability, consistent attendance, and accountability in handling responsibilities
- Remain composed and productive under pressure, effectively managing escalations and time-sensitive issues
- Exhibit initiative, sound decision-making, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and adapt to varying situations
- Apply knowledge of DOT regulations to daily operations
- Utilize multiple tools and resources to optimize scheduling and workflow
- 2 years of customer service, billing, and/or dispatch
- Exceptional communication skills with internal and external customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Contribute to team effort
- Computer knowledge
- Heavy Microsoft Office experience is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time; Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm, with an hour break
