Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Inspection Services and Field Services departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

- Support operations management and handle internal/external inquiries in a professional manner.

- Perform administrative support tasks with accuracy.

- Utilize finance software effectively and assist with month-end closing requirements.

- Deliver exceptional customer support by promptly addressing client needs and resolving issues.

- Collaborate with team members to improve operations processes and enhance overall efficiency.

- Assist with employee onboarding and pre-employment testing.

Skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.

- Experience supporting Inspection Services is preferred.

- Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients.

- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices.

- Previous Operations Clerk experience supporting pipe yard services preferred.

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
