Job Description

At ACCIONA Energía, we are seeking an Operations Asset Performance Specialist to join our Operations and Maintenance team in Chicago.

If you're a data-driven, solution-oriented individual looking to join a team that turns insights into real, impactful improvements in business decisions and operations, this role is for you!

In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for tracking and analyzing operational KPIs (such as production and availability) across our renewable energy assets. Your insights will help identify performance deviations, assess risks, and support decision-making alongside regional and site managers. You will also manage and monitor key service agreements with equipment manufacturers and providers, ensuring contract compliance and supporting claims, warranty tracking, and performance-based penalties. Additionally, you’ll act as a liaison with project partners and the Finance team to support performance reporting and stakeholder updates. This role reports to the Manager of Optimization and Control and works closely with all sites across the portfolio.
