The Operations Administration Supervisor will lead a team of associates responsible for executing payroll and billing functions across multiple business lines. This includes processing payroll for 1,000+ employees, customer invoicing, financial reconciliations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and a solid background in accounting, billing, or administrative operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency while supporting cross-functional departments throughout the organization. A team-oriented mindset and commitment to deadlines are essential.
