Operational Assurance Deployment Managerlocated in
Sugar Land, TX. This role is structurally equivalent to the role of Regional Market Manager. This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits. You will be primarily responsible for the implementation of ChampionX’ PROactTM Operational Assurance system throughout the Western Hemisphere. You will provide coaching and leadership to the various chemical technologies sales teams driving the adoption of the PROact system.

- Working with the EH Operational Assurance Team you will work across our WH business to support the deployment of our OA program to meet the implementation and performance expectations set by the business
- Support all areas of the OA program, to help ensure a consistent approach is used across the WH business
- Be a leading member of the Global PROact PMO – a highly experienced multi discipled team of sales leaders, business development, technical SME’s that collectively steer the future of PROact within ChampionX
- Partner with our accounts leads, to ensure OA adoption and value delivery is strongly aligned within our key global contracts
- Provide account management support to wider sales teams, identifying best practice solutions from within the OA program to help drive wider adoption
- Support the development of tools and processes to improve OA program deployment effectiveness, communicating attainment and best practice to support further adoption
- Provide training and support to sales teams in the deployment and effective use of the OA system
- Work with senior leadership team to provide feedback of general levels of OA attainment and ensure improvement areas are known and understood
- Monitor use and impact of the OA system against expectations, working towards consistent application across the WH
- Adopt a continuous improvement mentality to ensure the OA system remains fully fit for purpose, always reflecting the needs of the business
- Work with wider organisation to seek areas of best practice that can be brought into the OA system.
- Business, Science or Engineering bachelor’s degree-level qualification
- 10+ years of experience working within the Oilfield Chemicals sector- 5 years of experience working within a customer-facing and/or sales role within the Oilfield Chemicals sector
- Proven track record in value capture / delivery in Oilfield Chemicals sector
- Extensive knowledge of the key aspects required to deliver an effective production chemistry program
- Results driven – ability to consistently drive the vision of how OA should be run throughout the business and prevent customisation by local teams
- Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
- Must be able to drive a vehicle and travel by air – 25% travel is required
- Occasional lifting up to 25lbs., dialing, standing, walking and writing between 11% and 33%
- Frequent lifting/carrying up to 10lbs., and driving between 33% and 66%
- Constant using a keyboard and viewing a computer monitor, sitting, hearing, seeing and speaking greater than 66%
