T Construction LLC is an underground utilities company based in Houston, TX. We have been servicing the state of Texas for over 10 years now. With the growth that the company is experiencing, new talent is required. We are currently in search of an autonomous General Manager with experience in the underground utilities or public works industry. The ideal candidate should possess good leadership skills, an understanding of what the underground utilities industry is/does, experience with financial documents and everything else associated with running a company. Ideal traits:
•10 years experience (Preferred)
•Understanding of Microsoft Software
•Higher education degree (Preferred, but not required)
•Cost Estimating experience
Key Responsibilities:
•Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing and coordinating activities across various departments, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation.
•Developing and Implementing Strategies: Creating and executing operational plans to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
•Budget Management: Developing and managing operational budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
•Team Leadership: Supervising, mentoring, and motivating teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
•Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to optimize processes and improve productivity.
•Quality Control: Ensuring adherence to quality standards and implementing measures to maintain or improve product or service quality.
•Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
•Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
•Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicating with senior management, other departments, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
•Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
