Taurex is a PDC drill bit company that leverages automation to implement technologies for advancing drill bit performance. Taurex has implemented BitVision technology, which produces "digital dull" data for every drill bit deployed, accurate within .003". The company's technology and analytics team is leading the industry in driving change and improving drill bit performance.

We are looking to fill a permanent, full time, position, for an experienced 5-axis CNC machinist. This is not an entry level position. We need a top-level person with a strong knowledge of manufacturing, the right background in CNC operation, and the ability/willingness to see projects through in a timely fashion. This position is for a direct-hire candidate.

The right candidate needs to know how to develop machining strategies. They should also have knowledge on CNC tool selection and the effect that speeds/feeds of these tools have on manufacturing cycle time. This person must be able to meet deadlines as required. Strong communication skills are necessary to ensure jobs process in an efficient manner.
