Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Specialists to join our team selling both residential and commercial Solar Systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with homeowners and businesses and a strong background in sales, passion and attitude come first, we can teach anyone how to succeed!

This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele, and to effectively communicate the value of our offering. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while providing exceptional service to our customers. We offer low red lines, only Tier 1 equipment, all engineering done in- house, we do NOT sub out any of our installations, all are done by our in-house crews.

Responsibilities

•

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote our solar products and services.

•

Utilize technical knowledge to explain product features and benefits effectively to clients.

•

Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

•

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.

•

Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.

•

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the company database.

•

Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques continuously.

Experience

•

Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar.

•

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.

•

Technical sales experience is highly desirable; familiarity with software related to energy solutions is a plus.

•

Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.

•

Multilingual or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can better serve our diverse customer base.
