Position: Office Manager – Mr. Handyman

We’re looking for a hands-on, servant-hearted Office Manager to lead our administrative team and keep daily operations running smoothly. If you're energized by supporting others, solving problems, and helping a business thrive, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. Our newly remodeled office is conveniently located in Statesville, NC, with easy access to I-77 and I-40.
About the Role
This role blends leadership, communication, and operational execution. The Office Manager is responsible for optimizing scheduling, supporting the field craftsman, engaging with clients, and reviewing data to ensure that key business goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead with a servant leadership mindset—supporting your team, leading by example, and cultivating a positive, people-first culture.
•Participate in the day-to-day office operations, including:
•Customer service and communication
•Technician scheduling and dispatch
•Administrative process improvements and creation
•Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
•Sales and lead conversion (close rate)
•Schedule efficiency and capacity utilization
•Customer satisfaction metrics
•Perform administrative tasks, generate reports in Excel, and support weekly/monthly business reviews.
What We’re Looking For
•Proven experience in office management, operations, or team leadership—home services industry experience is a big plus.
•Strong multitasker whose detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize the demands of the business.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills utilizing all forms of communication.
•Familiarity with or interest in ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatching software.
•Proficiency with Excel to analyze data and generate actionable reports.
•Someone who is authentic, supportive, upbeat, and motivated by producing excellent work with a team that values trust, relationships, and results.
