Contracting / Service company is seeking a full time Office Manager for our office in Scottsdale. This is a reputable company that has years of service, the candidate must be adaptable and willing to come up with solutions and ideas on his or her own. This position requires at least 5 years working history in the service / construction field. MUST have 3 years experience using QuickBooks
Office Administration:
•Full responsibility for managing office on a day-to-day basis
•Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones and emailing clients
•Develop and administer office procedures to ensure an efficient, effective workflow
•Maintain customer and vendor contact; research customer issues and billing questions
•Respond to management inquiries
•Reconcile billing and production data; resolve discrepancies Process deposits & contracts
•Account payables/receivables via QuickBooks
•Administer biweekly payroll
•Maintain social media platforms
•Maintain clean and orderly facility; purchase office supplies
•Complete special projects as assigned
