Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
•Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
•Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
•Manage benefits administration, including enrollments and updates.
•Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Payroll Management
•Process payroll using TriNet (Zenefits).
•Handle payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
•Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Recruiting & Onboarding
•Post job ads, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
•Assist in hiring decisions and extend job offers.
•Onboard new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the company.
Office Management
•Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.
•Coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities.
•Ensure the office environment is professional and well-maintained.
•Act as a point of contact for IT support, facility management, and other operational needs.
What We're Looking For
•Proven experience in office management, HR, or a related field.
•Familiarity with HR and payroll systems.
•Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and onboarding processes.
•Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
•Understanding of labor laws and workplace compliance.
