Responsibilities
•Greet employees and customers as they enter the office. Create warm environment.
•Lead generation projects as assigned
•Assist with ordering supplies and maintain supplies as needed
•Provide assistance and support to our executives, managers, salesmen and other company reps as needed
•Assist in all departments Sales, Production, Admin as needed
•Operate a variety of office equipment
•Maintain documents and spreadsheets
•Learn and manage CRM software
•Must be comfortable making outbound calls daily as assigned. Generally for status updates on Claims to Insurance Companies and/or updating Homeowners on status updates
•Must be comfortable with repetitive daily tasks
•Must work well with a team
Qualifications
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
•Construction Office Experience a plus
•Strong Communication and Organizational skills.
•Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
•Time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented
$23-25 per hour based on experience

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
