Night Fuel Dispatcher

Marshall Distributing and On-Site Fuels, Inc. well established companies in the fuel delivery services industry with over 50 years of combined experience is currently hiring for a dispatch position.

Responsibilities:

- Deal directly with customers either by the telephone, electronically or face to face.

- Monitor tank readings daily to dispatch accordingly.

- Determines and prioritizes customer deliveries.

- Provide pricing and delivery information.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

- Organize work flow to meet customer time frames.

- Provide advise and consult with management regarding customers issues or concerns.

- Monitor customer ordering habits and maintain customer communications based on that info.

- Dispatcher will schedule drivers to pick up and deliver fuel to customers locations.

- Dispatcher will keep records of trucks daily inspections and keep current registration and vapor tests.

- Dispatcher will interact with local racks to add and delete drivers from company roster.

- Enter daily tank readings and update Fuel software systems as needed.

- Must be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PDF software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
