This is a
hunterrole for seasoned closers with real books of business and credibility on plant floors, in engineering meetings, and with procurement. You’ll own a territory, develop strategic accounts, and expand wallet share across multi-site OEMs and contractors.
- Prospect & close
multi-year, repeat-buy accounts for critical bolting and engineered fasteners.
- Navigate complex cycles with
engineering, QA, and procurement
, aligning on specs, MTRs, and delivery.
- Sell Cyclone’s
same-day manufacturing
and rapid-turn capabilities where uptime is critical.
- Drive growth in target sectors:
Aerospace, Pulp & Paper, F&B, Wind/Energy, Transportation, Municipal/Water, Mining, Power Gen, Subsea/Marine, Defense
.
- Forecast, report, and collaborate with inside sales, quality, and operations to execute.- 5–10+ years
of outside sales in
critical bolting / industrial fasteners / engineered components
with a
quota-crushing
track record.
- Fluency in specs and standards (e.g.,
ASTM A193/A194
, API 20E/20F context, MTR traceability, heat/lot control, coatings).
- You speak “plant”: can read prints, discuss materials and coatings at a whiteboard (B7/L7/A286/718, PTFE/Xylan, etc.).
- A portable network with OEMs, EPCs, fabricators, and MROs in your region.
- Languages:
English required;
Spanish or Portuguese
is a strong plus for LATAM.
