# JOB SUMMARY

Conduct XRAY and NDT tests / evaluationsfor acceptance / rejection of hardware based on approved inspection criteria.

# JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Have skills and knowledge to set-up and standardize equipment, conduct tests, interpret and evaluate for acceptance or rejection, and document results.

- Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique/method in which they are certified.

- Have skills and knowledge to conduct system performance checks in accordance with the applicable process standard.

- Be capable of providing the necessary guidance and/or supervision to trainees and Level I personnel in the technique/method in which they are certified.

- Be familiar with the codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the method as utilized by TTC.

- Be capable of developing written instructions from approved general procedures; such instructions will require final approval by a Level III.

- Have basic knowledge of product manufacturing and inspection technology.

- Be able to prepare written instructions, organize, report, and record testing results.

- When specified in the written practice, have basic knowledge of aircraft or vehicle maintenance.

- Be familiar with the various characteristics of material, such as type and location of expected defects and type of defects that may be associated with fabrication and production operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrated experience with having Quality responsibility for areas within the Quality dept. (calibration, document control, auditing, corrective action, MRB, spec review, product certification, ISO/AS audit preparation and conformance).

- Demonstrated experience with interpretation of OEM quality and part specifications in the aerospace, industrial gas turbine, and/or automotive industries.

- Demonstrated experience with Aerospace and Industrial Gas Turbine Airfoil components a huge plus.

- Candidate must possess demonstrated communications skills (both technical writing and verbal).

- Candidate must demonstrate a sense of urgency for timeliness in maintaining and improving quality systems within a manufacturing organization.

- Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
